1. Free prepaid postage

Where offered in the order journey, we provide a prepaid Royal Mail label or other approved method. It is only for the listed device and order and must not be altered, copied, reused or transferred.

2. Before posting

  • Post within the 14-day quote-validity period.

  • Back up and erase the device; remove SIMs, memory cards, accounts, activation locks and passcodes.

  • Switch off the device and package it in a rigid box with sufficient internal protection.

  • Do not send a swollen, leaking, recalled or otherwise unsafe battery.

  • Take photographs of the device, its identifier, packaging, sealed parcel and attached label.

  • Obtain and keep the original proof of posting and tracking number.

3. Loss or damage

Tell us promptly if tracking stalls or the parcel appears lost or damaged. We may request proof of posting, photographs, proof of ownership, IMEI/serial information and evidence of condition and value. Compensation depends on the carrier’s investigation, cover, exclusions and evidence rules and is not guaranteed.

4. Receipt

A carrier scan marked delivered confirms delivery to the stated location, not that the correct device was inside or that inspection is complete. We record and inspect the parcel and device after receipt.

5. Returns

Approved returns are free and tracked to a verified UK address. We aim to dispatch within five business days after checks and required customer actions are complete. Carrier delivery dates are not guaranteed.

6. Failed delivery

If a return is refused, undeliverable or uncollected, we will make reasonable contact attempts and normally hold the device for up to 90 days. Reasonable evidenced redelivery or storage costs caused by repeated failure may be charged after notice. We do not gain an automatic right to keep the device merely because time passes.
